Committees:
____ Ambassadors- Make one on one calls to membership to attain information, which will help the Chamber better serve its members.
____ Annual Dinner - Make decisions regarding the menu, decorations, theme and speaker/entertainment for the Annual Dinner held in January.
____ Women's Network - Selects speakers and experts on matters of interest to women. Committee will meet 3rd Thursday of each month at 3 PM.
____ Chamber Champions- Represents the Chamber at community events, Ribbon Cuttings, Ground Breaking Ceremonies and Grand Openings.
____ Education- Takes action to promote and advocate education and workforce issues in Putnam County and the region. Committee will meet 2nd Thursday at Noon.
____ Golf Tournament- Plans annual golf tournament. This event will place on July 14 at Sleepy Hollow Golf Club.
____ Membership- Help recruit new members and determine benefits for the overall membership. Committee meet once a month - date and time TBA.
____ Public Policy- Legislative and county issues. Recommends positions and actions to be taken by the Board of Directors. Meets only during Legislative Session or when issues dictate.
____ Small Business Insurance Task Force-Seeks affordable insurance for small business owners.

____ Leadership Putnam County Class- Nine, three-hour classes held on a weekly basis beginning April 2. Classes will start at 8:30 AM each Wednesday. Graduation will take place on Friday, June 6, 2008
